Disneyland with Iza and Mark

6-7AM

It was the perfect weather to spend a day in disneyland. Mark and Iza woke up early for this day while me and King are still preparing.

8-9:00AM

All of us are ready to leave the house and We had a light breakfast with a cup of coffee and left for Disneyland.

10-11AM

The Tram

At the line for the tram to enter Disneyland park, all of us were so excited like kids who just can’t wait to see a magic show.

WE HAVE ARRIVED!

Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are two different theme parks, located essentially “across the street” from each other and we all got the park hopper ticket to enjoy both parks.

Disneyland and California Adventure pass for one day.

These two are one of examples of couple goals they’ve been together for almost 7 years. *kilig*

These 2 had been best friend’s ever since they were young. Funny fact about Mark, he was on stage with my husband’s family on my husband’s graduation day. lol ¬†Both are so happy they get to see each other after 2 years of being seperated buddies.

My husband King, happy to see his favorite Disney character of all time, Lion king. You see, this is what I love about him… his child like heart. Here’s chewbacca taking a picture with my husband. lol

Chewbacca hands up for love!

Adventure is the perfect word for everything they have built in the California Adventure section since Disneyland is what many people consider to be the classic theme park. It holds many of the most classic Disney rides ( Peter Pan’s Flight, Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, etc.).

For our last ride for the trip California adventure has launched a new kind of tower of terror, its The new Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout! It was an hour wait, yet it was still worth the wait.( I love Guardian’s of the galaxy!)

After a long day of rides, laugh and walking all we wanted was to eat a really good and filling burger. Where else could we posibbly go? Of course!

IN AND OUT!

  • DOUBLE DOUBLE BURGERS
  • CHEESE FRIES
  • ANIMAL STYLE FRIES
  • MILSHAKES
  • FOUNTAIN DRINK

A perfect meal to end a tiring and adventure packed day.

Now that I’m done sharing some of the ¬†highlights in our disneyland trip. It’s time to share what I’ve learned in preparing for our next disneyland trip.

1.Get to the park before it opens.

We have learned that the best times to be in the park are the first few hours of the park’s opening. It’s the perfect time for picture taking since we could have been the first few people inside the park.

2.Get a locker room.

No need to bother with holding your jacket, camera and extra shirts. Make sure this is your first priority.

3. Download the Disneyland App.

It makes such a big difference rather than doing the old school checking of the parks map for the schedules. With the Disneyland App. all that you need to now for schedules, places and waiting time are all in your smart phone.

4.Fastpass

An additional $40 for each person and its worth it!

Disneyland Park Fastpass Attractions:

  • Big thunder mountain railroad
  • Buzz lightyear Astro Blasters
  • Haunted Mansion
  • Indiana jones Adventure
  • Matterhorn
  • Roger Rabbit’s Cartoon Spin
  • Space Mountain
  • Splash Mountain
  • Star Tours- The adventure continues.

Disneyland California Adventure Fastpass Attractions:

  • California Screaming
  • goofy’s sky school
  • Grizzly River Run
  • Guardian’s of the Galaxy-Mission:BREAKOUT
  • Radiator Springs Racer
  • Soarin Around the world
  • Toy Story Midway Mania
  • World of color

5. Only send one person to get your party Fastpasses.

Take advantage of being a group, make sure to appoint 1 person to be the “runner” to get the fastpasses to avoid confusion and bad traffic at the conter of Fastpasses.

6. Buy your minnie and mickey ears/ hats online.

Amazon has variety of hats and headbands and way cheaper than buying in the disneyworld store. Buying ahead of time will eliminate the shopping before going in the park which can take a lot of time since being in the Disneystore can be overwhelming with goodies.

7. Pack your snacks and water.

Yes you are allowed to bring water and some snacks. You can leave your picnic foods such as sandwiches, water and some crackers or chips in the locker for lunch. You’ll save a lot of money too!

I hope these tips would be helpful on your disneyland trip.

Enjoy and have a blessed day!

  • I am glad for writing to let you know what a nice encounter my friend’s daughter found going through your blog. She even learned a wide variety of pieces, which included what it is like to have a very effective giving nature to make others without problems grasp some hard to do issues. You actually exceeded our expectations. Many thanks for showing these helpful, trustworthy, explanatory not to mention easy tips on your topic to Tanya.
